Shannon Moorman is a globally respected talent executive known for architecting inclusive, future-focused talent strategies that accelerate business growth and cultural transformation. As EVP, Global Head of Talent Attraction & Operations at WPP, she leads a global team of more than 900 talent professionals across a network of over 100,000 employees, overseeing executive search, global talent acquisition, talent operations, and innovation.
Shannon is currently leading WPP’s global transformation and consolidation of talent acquisition, including the development and implementation of an AI strategy for talent selection and recruiter augmentation. Her work is reshaping the way talent is identified, evaluated, and engaged across one of the world’s largest marketing services organizations—ensuring a smarter, more equitable, and human-centered hiring experience.

- Launched a centralized Flex Talent initiative that created a unified view of contingent labor across the WPP network, increasing loyalty and engagement among freelance talent while reducing reliance on third-party agencies. This effort saved the organization $16M in its first year by establishing a centralized talent repository and codifying supplier terms.
- Built a world-class executive search and onboarding capability, delivering a 52% cumulative increase in diverse representation and over $22M in annual cost savings.
- Introduced a global internal mobility and talent marketplace, enabling more than 3,000 career moves within the first year and boosting retention and eNPS scores significantly.
Prior to WPP, Shannon held senior talent leadership roles at GSD&M (Omnicom) and R/GA (IPG), where she helped lead talent transformations during key growth and expansion phases. She is a trusted advisor to executive leadership, known for blending strategic insight with operational excellence and a human-first leadership philosophy.
Shannon serves on multiple industry boards, including the 4A’s Diversity & Inclusion Board, and has received numerous accolades—including a Cannes Lion for innovation in talent attraction and the Austin Chamber of Commerce Volunteer of the Year award.
