Aaron Dignan is a serial founder, author, speaker, and friend to misfit toys. He is currently the VP of Digital Product Management at Rocket Money, the #1 personal finance app.
Prior to that he cofounded Plumb, an AI automation platform that raised over $11M dollars in venture funding.
Before software, Aaron spent fifteen years in organization design and transformation, advising leaders at companies like Airbnb, Sweetgreen, and Mailchimp on how to defeat bureaucracy, and authored Brave New Work—which Seth Godin called “the management book of the year.”
Aaron has also dabbled in consumer ventures, including Homesick Candles, which reached ~1% of the U.S. scented-candle market in just one year before being acquired.
He lives in New York’s Hudson Valley with his wife and son, and he’s very happy to be here.
