Amy Winther

Amy Winther is a design lead at Block, helping more people create with AI without losing what makes a brand feel like itself. She builds tools and infrastructure for creative work across the company, with an eye on both scale and craft.

Her 14 years across product and creative design have taken her from reimagining home selling at Zillow to founding Zapier’s first brand team. At Square, she led design teams building tools to help people run their businesses on a platform serving more than 4.5 million sellers.

Amy also publishes Mother Board, sharing honest conversations with women navigating executive leadership in tech and motherhood. It’s her way of helping others feel less alone and supported.
