Seemed like a great idea at the time. He didn't expect to go on an emotional roller coaster from naïve excitement to genuine despair to a professional handoff that saved the day. Given that all of these tools will only get easier to use and provide better outputs, the speaker's journey is simultaneously cautionary and inspirational.
