About

Joshua Nafman is a unique breed of marketer who is fluent in digital, media, data, AI, eComm, and brand, knocking down organizational silos to transform organizations using data and technology.   Joshua joined Diageo in 2018, growing into the role of Vice President, Digital & Data Marketing, where he leads digital and data strategy, capability, operations, data, and mar/ad technology globally.   Before Diageo, Joshua served as Head of Marketing at Hello Products, Head of Digital Marketing at KIND Snacks, and Head of Digital Marketing for Pepsi North America. Former agency roles include leadership positions on PepsiCo, Lipton, Starbucks, Apple, Hanes, Nestle, ESPN, and GNC accounts.     Outside of Diageo, Joshua is an avid runner, reader, diehard Mets, Jets, and Knicks fan, comic book collector, and hot sauce enthusiast. Joshua lives in New Jersey with his wife, Paola, two daughters, Sienna and Ella, and his high-maintenance dog, Ted.
